서울대병원 신경과 이승훈 교수가 최근 뇌졸중 교과서 '뇌졸중 재발견: 고지혈증'(Stroke Revisited: Dyslipidemia in Stroke)과 '뇌졸중 재발견: 당뇨'(Stroke Revisited: Diabetes in Stroke)을 출간해 6권의 시리즈를 완간했다.
이 교수는 지난 2016년 의학·과학 전문 글로벌 출판사인 ‘스프링거 네이처’와 뇌졸중 교과서 6권을 시리즈로 출간하기로 계약한 바 있다. 앞서 발표된 교과서는 '허혈성 뇌졸중의 진단과 치료'(Diagnosis and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke, 2017) '출혈성 뇌졸중'(Hemorrhagic Stroke, 2019), '혈관성 치매'(Vascular Cognitive Impairment, 2020), '뇌졸중 병태 생리, 기초에서 임상까지'(Pathophysiology of Stroke from Bench to Bedside, 2020)다.
